There are two ways to create a support ticket - by email or by logging a ticket through your web browser.
To log a ticket by email:
Send an email to email@example.com – a ticket will be created in the support system and you will receive a reply to confirm this has been successful.
To log a ticket through your web browser:
Browse to http://support.theinformationlab.co.uk/helpdesk/tickets/new and complete the form to submit a ticket. You may need to register to submit a ticket.
